We know that the decision to have your roof restored or completely reinstalled isn’t a light one. Any type of construction can be disrupting to your home, especially if it takes weeks to complete. Not to mention, it’s quite a hefty expense on your wallet. TLC Pro Roofing Company places customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. We will provide the highest quality work, while operating in the most efficient manner. In the interest of helping all of our customers prepare for their roofing work we have developed a pre-restoration checklist to make roofing construction easier for all parties involved!

o   Help us help you, by moving anything away from the perimeter of the house that may restrict our access to the roof. This is important, because we will need ladders and other equipment to effectively complete this job. The closer we can get our equipment to the roof the quicker the job can be completed. Be sure to remove all vehicles from the driveway, and park them safely in the garage or across the street. Also, be sure that your children and their toys are kept away from the site as to avoid any falling debris or danger that could occur during the process.

o   As you may have guessed, roofing restoration is not exactly a quiet task; drills nail guns, and hammers will be used throughout the process. Therefore, if you normally work from home or your wife is a stay-at-home-mom it may be best to make other arrangements during the week(s) of your restoration work. If you have family or close friends with extra room in town they may be a good option for alternative sleeping quarters during the restoration. TLC Pro Roofing likes to start our mornings early, so that we have the maximum amount of daylight and can complete your roofing job in as few working days as possible.

o   TLC Pro Roofing will be sure to fully complete our job by removing all fallen debris around the lawn. However, we encourage all of your customers to take careful precautions of their indoor valuables. Especially those in the garage and attic, because debris may enter these rooms. Also, be careful to turn off all lights and fans in both rooms.

o   If your cable provider requires that a satellite dish be placed on the roof for service we recommend that it be removed before installation.
